“Rhodium® Duty III-M” is a durable soft body armor vest designed to provide both maximum level IIIA protection according to NIJ 0101.06 STD and protection against blades & knives, while ensuring effortless long-wearing time and load bearing capabilities.

Tested under the harsh and demanding conditions of the NIJ 0101.06 STD, “Rhodium® SP.3A.303” soft armor panel equipped to the vest, found to comply to the requirements of level IIIA and also found to provide protection not only from multiple threats such as the 7.62X25mm TOKAREV, 9X18mm Mild Steel Core MAKAROV and the 9x19mm HP ACTION 4 calibers but also from sharp edged instruments too, such as the S1/G blade, with a maximum perforation of less than 12mm at a force of 33 Joules according to the NIJ 0115.00 STD.

The combination of CORDURA® as shell fabric and 3D SPACER Coolmax® fresh lining, results in a durable, yet light-weight, product that features antibacterial and temperature regulation properties. The high compression resistant 3D SPACER Coolmax® fresh liner allows increased air circulation for the elimination of moisture and fungus growth.

“Rhodium® Duty III-M” features an internal elasticated waist band that ensures optimal weight distribution so it can be worn effortlessly for extended time periods. It, also, features a four-point adjustment system with elastic bands on the waist, which ensures perfect fit to different body types and allows quick and easy donning/doffing. It provides 360° coverage area while its hook and loop fasteners meet MIL SPEC F AA-55126B requirements.

“Rhodium® Duty III-M” design offers increased functionality, thanks to the “PALS” (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) webbing, on which MOLLE equipment pouches can be mounted without compromising ballistic protection, comfort and ease of movement. The front and rear external pockets allow the insertion of Hard Armor Plates of 25×30 cm upgrading the level of protection to level III or IV.

“Rhodium® Duty III-M” soft armor vest is available with loop parts at the front and the back for the placement of IDs or service logos.

With an 8mm thin panel, a weight of 2,75kg (@ size Large) and excellent flexibility, “Rhodium® Duty III-M” soft body armor vest is the ideal choice for those who want to benefit from the durability of a vest, the versatility of a perfect fit and the ability to carry equipment while enjoying the safety that the demanding NIJ0101.06 standard provides, combining protection from sharp edged instruments too!
